How orders move from factory to shelf
Damage in transit is nearly always a packing decision, not bad luck. Double-walled cartons, internal dividers and a drop-tested configuration cost a little more and save the argument at the other end.
Documentation travels with the goods: commercial invoice, packing list, and the certificate set for your market. We send a scanned copy before dispatch so your broker can clear the file in advance.

How we structure a first order
A practical starting order for wholesale buyers is 50 units across two or three SKUs, not 50 units of one. That spreads the risk, gives your staff something to compare, and still hits the first price break.

What documents come with a shipment?

What happens if part of the order is defective?
Report within seven days with photos and the batch code. Confirmed defects are replaced or credited on the next shipment. The failure is logged by mode and batch, and reviewed monthly with the factory.
