Starter Vape Kit payment terms and Incoterms — a guide
There is no shortage of suppliers quoting starter vape kit. The scarce thing is a supplier who will tell you which SKU to drop. We have been shipping starter vape kits long enough to know that the honest answer is usually a shorter list, and that is the answer we give.

Merchandising a small range well
Ordering starter vape kit is not difficult. Ordering starter vape kit that sell through without a return queue behind them is the part most buyers underestimate, and it is where we spend our time. We supply wholesale buyers in European and North American markets with core lines that turn over predictably, and we keep the specification list short enough for your team to actually manage.
Seasonality in starter vape kits is real but smaller than most buyers assume. The bigger swing comes from restocking discipline, not from calendar events.
Shelf position decides velocity as much as price. Keep starter vape kits at eye level, one facing per SKU, and rotate the trial line every quarter so the display keeps earning attention.
After-sales, replacements and reorders
We keep the specification sheet for every order on file. Two years later, when a customer asks whether a pod is compatible, the answer is a lookup rather than a guess.
Returns are handled as data, not as complaints. Every reported failure is logged by mode and by batch, and the pattern is reviewed monthly with the factory.
Reading a quotation properly
A landed cost sheet for starter vape kit has five lines: unit price, packaging, freight, duty and the cost of defects. Quoting only the first line is how buyers end up surprised at the fourth.
We publish a realistic band of 2.94 to 8.55 per unit for standard configurations at 50 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
- Specification locked in writing before production starts
- Reference sample retained from every batch
- Standing reorder schedule with a fixed cut-off
- Document pack prepared per destination market
- Consolidated or split shipping, quoted both ways
- Private label files archived for future rebrands
Shipping without surprises
We can consolidate mixed orders of starter vape kits into one shipment. Consolidation saves freight but adds handling days, so we quote both a consolidated and a split option and let you choose.
Freight on starter vape kits is driven by volume more than weight. Cartons are designed to hit a clean pallet count, which is why a slightly denser pack can cut your landed cost by more than a discount on the unit price ever would.
