What we test before a carton is sealed
This page is for wholesale buyers who want a working answer on specification, price and lead time before they commit a purchase order. We have written the detail down so nobody has to sit through a sales call to extract it.
We photograph the packing station during production for volume orders. It is a small thing, but it settles most arguments about what was actually in the carton before it was sealed.
Leak complaints almost always trace back to one of three things: an over-torqued centre post, a seal that sat in a hot container, or a fill volume pushed past the design limit. We cap fill volume slightly below maximum for exactly that reason.
Lead times, freight and landed cost
We ship from Shenzhen and Guangzhou: air express for samples and part loads, sea freight for volume. Typical production lead time is 15 working days after artwork approval, plus transit. We quote both routes so you can see the trade-off instead of guessing at it.
Documentation travels with the goods: commercial invoice, packing list, and the certificate set for your market. We send a scanned copy before dispatch so your broker can clear the file in advance.
Price breaks and payment terms
We publish a realistic band of 2.97 to 8.84 per unit for standard configurations at 60 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Currency moves more than most buyers expect over a twelve month supply plan. We quote in USD and hold the price for 30 days from confirmation so your margin calculation is not guesswork.

Getting the documents right
Artwork approval is a two stage process: a digital proof for text and layout, then a physical dummy for colour and finish. Skipping the dummy is the single most common cause of a reprint.
Age verification is not only a website problem. Retail packaging, shelf placement and staff scripting all carry compliance weight, and auditors increasingly ask for evidence of all three.
