A 0.5 percent defect rate sounds excellent until it lands on a 600 unit order and you are handling three returns in a week. We quote realistic rates per category and we credit in advance for the known failure modes.
Turning shelf space into repeat visits
Staff knowledge converts better than any poster. If your team can explain the difference between two coils in one sentence, the step-up SKU sells itself.
Bundle a device with a consumable and the reorder rhythm changes from occasional to weekly. That single merchandising decision often does more for monthly revenue than a price promotion.

Unit price versus landed cost
Custom printing raises the unit price and lowers the marketing cost. For wholesale buyers the break-even is usually reached on the second or third repeat order, not the first, so we quote both branded and neutral options.
We publish a realistic band of 2.93 to 8.22 per unit for standard configurations at 60 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
