Getting the documents right
There is no shortage of suppliers quoting starter vape kit. The scarce thing is a supplier who will tell you which SKU to drop. We have been shipping starter vape kits long enough to know that the honest answer is usually a shorter list, and that is the answer we give.
Labels are where good orders go wrong. Nicotine warnings, child-resistant closures, batch coding and market-specific text all have to be correct before the pallet leaves. How the price is actually built
We publish a realistic band of 2.91 to 8.29 per unit for standard configurations at 300 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Freight is quoted separately and honestly. Bundling it into the unit price looks tidy and hides the one line that changes most often between shipments.
Assortment planning without the guesswork
The first question we ask is not what you want to spend. It is what your customer already buys. Answer that and the starter vape kit list writes itself; skip it and you end up with a pallet of stock that photographs well and sells badly.

We would rather lose an order at quotation stage than explain a mismatch after delivery, which is why the specification conversation comes before the price conversation.

We do. Send your artwork or your brand direction and we will return a digital proof, then a physical dummy for colour approval. Packaging files stay on record so a rebrand later is a file update rather than a redesign.
How do you handle repeat orders?
The specification is held on file against your account, so a reorder is a reference rather than a new brief. We recommend a standing schedule with a fixed weekly cut-off so stock lands before the shelf empties.
What happens if part of the order is defective?
Report within seven days with photos and the batch code. Confirmed defects are replaced or credited on the next shipment. The failure is logged by mode and batch, and reviewed monthly with the factory.
